September 9, 2025 at 9am.

The Glasscock Groundwater Conservation District will hold a public hearing on September 9, 2025 at 9am at 132 N. Main Street, Garden City, Texas to consider adopting the proposed 2026 budget and adopting the 2025 tax rate of $ 0.0038 per $100 of value.

The proposed tax rate will increase total taxes in the Glasscock Groundwater Conservation District by $ 0.0289%.

Permit applications & deposits need to be submitted no later than 4 pm on Monday September 8, 2025, to ensure proper time for review.

Permits without deposit will NOT be presented to the Board for consideration.

Permits turned in the day of Board meeting will NOT be presented at that month's meeting.

The approval process can take up to 45 days.
